Whether harassedNYC DOE employees know it or not, there is at least one attorney assisting in the harassment every step of the way. When administrators are engaged in unethical acts, so are their attorneys. Perhaps we haven’t found someone who holds the administrators accountable (waiting for de Blasio/Faria), but we do have a groupthat can hold the attorneys to ethical standards. The DDC or Departmental Disciplinary Committee.
Collect your documentation, research the violations and ethics complaints and then simply fill out the form on this site below. I’ve done it twice already and have several more lined up to send out. It’s time to pay the piper Marisol Vazquez, Esq., Courtenaye Jackson-Chase, Esq., Tracy Cooney, Esq., Robin Singer, Esq., Daniel Schlachet, Esq. (to name a few).

Complaints
If you believe a lawyer may have violated the Rules of Professional Conduct, you can write a letter to the appropriate Committee or fill out and submit a form available from their websites. The form or letter should be as clear, specific and detailed as possible when explaining your complaint. The materials in your complaint should include the names, phone numbers and addresses of you and your attorney as well as copies of any pertinent documents, papers, and other information connected to the complaint. After a complaint is filed, it may be updated with new evidence. If new evidence becomes available after a complaint is dismissed, the complainant may ask that the complaint be re-evaluated.
